The NALU difference

Industrial precision.
Human from start to finish.

Clear communication, thoughtful planning, and crisp, durable markings—without making the process harder than it needs to be.

01Measured, decision-ready scopesCounts, areas, and linear measurements give your team a practical basis for reviewing the proposed work.
02Low-impact from quote to completionWe respect the demands on property and facility teams, communicate clearly, and coordinate around your operation.
03On-site only when it adds valueIf a physical walkthrough is truly necessary, we explain the reason and keep it focused, efficient, and convenient.

Flexible by design · Exacting by nature

The right schedule.
The right conditions.

We work with and around your operation—not around a one-size-fits-all schedule.

For parking lots and exterior surfaces, we schedule work when weather, visibility, surface conditions, and curing time support a clean, durable result. If conditions require a delay, we contact your project representative promptly and coordinate a practical new date.

For warehouses and active facilities, we coordinate phased work zones, traffic patterns, production schedules, and maintenance or shutdown windows to minimize disruption while keeping safety and quality at the center of the job.

Have a challenging schedule or a facility that never stops? Tell us how your operation runs, and we’ll help develop a practical plan for completing the work safely and correctly.

The NALU Work Standard

Prepared. Coordinated.
Checked before we leave.

One consistent process gives your team fewer surprises: confirm the plan, prepare correctly, apply carefully, inspect the work, and leave the site ready for its next step.

01

Prepare the surface

We address dirt, loose material, incompatible coatings, moisture, oil, and other visible conditions according to the approved scope before application begins.

02

Confirm the plan

Layout, colors, access, closures, work zones, and reopening requirements are confirmed with your designated contact before paint goes down.

03

Use the right materials

We select commercial-grade marking products suited to the surface, intended use, traffic, and operating conditions identified for the project.

04

Apply with control

Our standard is straight, consistent markings aligned with the approved layout, with adjacent vehicles, buildings, and surfaces protected from overspray.

05

Inspect and close out

We inspect the completed scope, clean the work area, confirm curing and reopening guidance, and provide completion photographs when practical.

06

Stay accountable

If you report a workmanship concern, a NALU team member will respond, review the issue, and arrange an inspection when needed.

What happens after approval

Confirm scope and layout → coordinate access and scheduling → complete and inspect the work → share closeout details and photographs → remain available for concerns.

Maintenance planning

Ask us to document priority areas and a suggested review window. We can help you plan future inspections and restriping before worn markings become an urgent project.

Optional ongoing support

Keep your lines
off your worry list.

LineCare helps busy property teams stay ahead of worn markings with scheduled reviews, clear priorities, useful records, and easier project coordination.

AnnualSeasonalPortfolio
Scheduled reviews

A practical check-in cadence selected for one property or an entire portfolio.

Clear priorities

Know what needs attention now, what can wait, and what to plan for next.

Better records

Organized condition notes, approved scopes, and completion details when available.

Easier coordination

Plan budgets, access, closures, phasing, curing, and reopening with fewer surprises.

No automatic painting. We will not recommend repainting simply because a review occurred, and no billable work begins without your approval.

Accountability after completion

30-Day Workmanship Assurance

We stand behind the work we perform. If an application-related workmanship issue appears within 30 days of completion, notify NALU and we will review it promptly. If the issue resulted from our preparation, application, or failure to follow the approved written scope, we will correct the covered work. Normal wear, snowplow or third-party damage, chemical exposure, and failure of the underlying surface are not workmanship defects. Complete terms are included with your written proposal.

Straight answers

Before you request an estimate.

Free estimates, practical measurements, and clear expectations from the beginning.

How accurate is a remote estimate?

We use available aerial imagery, property photos, plans, and measured quantities. We confirm the final scope and price with you before work is scheduled.

How quickly will I receive it?

Many straightforward projects can be estimated in about an hour during business hours. Complex properties may require a few follow-up details.

When is a site visit needed?

We recommend one when important conditions cannot be seen remotely—often with active warehouses, interior layouts, unusual surfaces, or complex traffic flow.

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. Pricing is based on the measured scope, materials, site conditions, and scheduling requirements—not a generic one-size-fits-all figure.

Do I need to know the quantities?

No. Tell us what needs attention and provide the property information you have. We’ll handle the counts and measurements.

What happens if weather delays the work?

We contact your project representative promptly, explain the condition affecting the schedule, and coordinate a practical new work date.

What happens if I have a concern after completion?

Contact NALU within 30 days. We will review the concern, inspect it when needed, and correct covered workmanship issues under the terms included with your proposal.

Does LineCare automatically schedule painting?

No. LineCare provides scheduled reviews, documentation, priorities, and planning support. Painting or corrective work is quoted separately and begins only after you approve it.

Clear pricing starts with a clear scope

What affects your estimate?

No generic starting number can describe every parking lot, warehouse, or safety-marking project accurately. We price the work you actually need and explain what is included.

Project size

Stall counts, line lengths, painted areas, symbols, and curb footage.

Existing condition

Faded markings, layout changes, surface contamination, and removal or masking needs.

Materials and colors

The surface, traffic, intended use, coating system, and number of colors required.

Access and scheduling

Phasing, closures, operating hours, weather, curing time, and return-to-service needs.
