Information you choose to send
When you request an estimate, you may provide your name, company or property name, email address, telephone number, service address, project details, preferred timing, and property photographs. Standard technical information may also be processed when you use the website, such as an IP address, browser type, and request logs needed for security and reliable operation.
How we use it
We use submitted information to locate and review the correct property, understand the requested work, prepare and deliver an estimate, answer questions, schedule approved work, maintain necessary business records, and protect the website from misuse.
Property photographs
Photographs are optional. Please send only images relevant to the proposed work and avoid including people, vehicle license plates, confidential documents, access credentials, or unrelated private areas whenever practical. Submitted photographs are used for project review, estimating, scope confirmation, and related business records.
